RECRUITMENT
A LETTER FROM OUR VP RECRUITMENT:
Ryanne Sverdlow
I'm Ryanne Sverdlow, and I’m honored to serve as the Vice President of Recruitment for the 2025 Recruitment Season. I can’t wait to meet you all soon!
When I ran home to Alpha Chi Omega in the fall of 2022, I instantly felt at home. Since then, I’ve met so many incredible women who have become my best friends—friends I know will be a part of my life forever. These are the people who inspire me every day to be the best version of myself, and I truly can’t imagine my college experience without them.
During formal recruitment, Alpha Chi Omega stood out to me because of the genuine and strong connections I saw. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with open arms and embraced by an incredible sisterhood. In all honesty, it’s hard to put into words just how much Alpha Chi Omega has done for me. My hope is to continue strengthening this amazing sisterhood so that many other young women can find the same sense of belonging, love, and support that I have found here.
I can’t wait to embark on this journey with all of you!
